John O’Herren has devoted his practice to civil litigation specializing in larger commercial disputes and serious personal injury matters. He has tried, as first chair counsel, hundreds of cases to verdict before Central Texas juries in both State and Federal District Court. He has been Board Certified in both Civil Trial and Personal Injury Trial law since 1993. Mr. O’Herren specializes in presenting complicated business and insurance cases in a manner easily understood by lay juries. He is proficient in PowerPoint and makes frequent use of technology in telling his client’s story in court.
