John O’Herren has dedicated his practice to civil litigation, with a focus on larger commercial disputes and serious personal injury matters. He has served as first chair counsel in hundreds of cases tried to verdict before juries in both State and Federal District Court across Central Texas. Board Certified in both Civil Trial and Personal Injury Trial Law since 1993, Mr. O’Herren is highly skilled in presenting complex business and insurance cases in a manner that is easily understood by lay juries.
